
Awards and Patches
Over the years, the Guard has rewarded participation with a number of ribbons, charms, and patches. While the meaning of many of the charms has been lost over the years, here is a list of all the current awards.
Ribbons

Yearly Ribbon
This ribbon represents a year of service with the Guard

Five-year Ribbon
This ribbon represents five years of service to the Guard

Ten-year Ribbon
This ribbon represents ten years of service in the Guard

Fifteen-year Ribbon
This ribbon represents fifteen years of service in the Guard.

Plague Ribbon
This ribbon was awarded to members of the Guard who participated in 2019 and 2021, but due to the plague were unable to participate in 2020
Patches

Mug Line
Patch awarded for participating in the mug line to salute the parade as they pass through Crown Meadow.

Parade
Patch awarded for participating in the Grand Parade.

Royal Escort
Patch awarded for escorting the King and/or Queen during the day as they walk through the faire.

Village Patrol
Patch awarded for participating in the daily morning patrols

20 Year Patch
Patch awarded for 20 years of service in the guard
Charms

Muskogee Invasion
Charm awarded for participating in an invasion at the Castle of Muskogee

Ranch Invasion
Charm awarded for participating in the Renaissance at the Ranch charity event.

Sherwood Invasion
Charm awarded for participating in an Invasion of the Sherwood Forest Faire.

TRF Invasion
Charm awarded for participation in an invasion of Texas Renaissance Festival

Construction
Charm awarded for construction duties in support of the Guard

Sewing
Charm awarded for sewing duties in support of the Guard.
